Join Hospiscare as our Graphic Designer! 

  • Based: Exeter (EX2 5JJ) with some hybrid working  

  • Hours: 37.5 hrs pw, Monday to Friday 

  • Salary: £32,073–£39,043 pa 

 

Are you a creative designer with proven expertise in brand development and a flair for bringing stories to life through impactful visual communications? 

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our friendly marketing & communications team at Hospiscare. As our visual brand whizz, you'll create engaging design solutions across print, digital, packaging and merchandise, helping to raise awareness of our hospice services and to support vital fundraising activity. 

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll create compelling visual content, act as a guardian of the Hospiscare brand, develop new sub-brands, and ensure our communications are creative, professional and consistent. 

What we're looking for: 

  • At least two years' relevant graphic design experience in an in-house or agency setting. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. 

  • Experience creating designs for both print and digital platforms. 

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and internal ‘clients’. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 

  • A collaborative approach and understanding of project management principles.
