Fantastic opportunity to join our amazing Community Team in Mid Devon as a Team Leader

Hours: 30–37.5 hours per week, 4 or 5 days over 7

Salary: Band 7, starting from £47,810 per annum (pro rata)

Are you a compassionate and experienced clinical leader with a passion for delivering expert palliative and end-of-life care? Hospiscare is seeking a Community Cluster Team Leader to lead our dedicated team in Mid Devon.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for patients with complex life-limiting illnesses in the community. You’ll inspire and support your team, promote best practice, and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners across health and social care.

We’re looking for a dynamic leader with advanced clinical judgement, a commitment to evidence-based care, and a strong alignment with our values. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
